To provide an example of Instruction Design, there are three examples below. If you'd like to see more, please email me at j.kason.moody@gmail.com.
This is an example of a recent E-Learning course I designed to help our Maintenance team use a vital software, HappyCo. Pegasus uses HappyCo in a unique way with our own expectations, so the training that is provided by the vendor didn't fit our need well.
To design this training, I worked closely with the Product Owner from our Asset Management team and the Facilities Team themselves. It is an efficient course that has proven to be very effective. I chose to use Articulate Rise to create this course. Click here or on the photo to access the course.
This slideshow "deck" was created and used by myself for a live presentation on stage.
The goal of this presentation was to train Property Managers how to establish a Sales-First Learning Culture at their site.
The deck respects an area in the top thirds where a sign was covering a portion of the screen, and also displays the color scheme, fonts, and branding that was established for the 2024 Leader Conference.
This video is used on a weekly basis for our Leasing Training during the "Sales Core" training to show the leasing standard of the company.
This video was created using Camtasia. I performed the filming, production, and voice over.
